1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India through our trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation or COD verification.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on eligible products across India.
  • If shipping charges apply, they will be displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected products and serviceable PIN codes.
  • Certain high-value orders may require a 10% advance payment to confirm the order.
  • The remaining amount can be paid to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can also track your shipment using the Order Tracking page on Quckkart.com.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

8. Address Changes

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been shipped. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

9. Open Box & Unboxed Products

Open Box, Refurbished, and Unboxed products are securely packed and quality checked before dispatch. Product condition, warranty, and included accessories are clearly mentioned on the product page.

10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video for quick resolution.

11. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Quckkart.com.

12. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected products and serviceable PIN codes across India.

To reduce fake and unconfirmed orders, some COD orders may require a non-refundable advance payment of 10% of the total order value. The remaining 90% is payable at the time of delivery.

If the required advance payment is not completed within the specified time, Quckkart.com reserves the right to cancel the order.

The 10% advance payment is adjusted against the total order value and is not an additional charge.
