Eligibility for Returns

Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be borne by Quckkart.com.
- For customer preference returns (where applicable), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment without any cancellation charges.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy will apply.
